Service Description. This Site describes Construction Debris Removal, Furniture Removal, Appliance Removal, Garage Cleanouts, Estate Cleanout provided by Dump Dudes. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://dumpdudesca.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dump Dudes or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

As-Is Basis. https://dumpdudesca.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Dump Dudes makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Dump Dudes arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Dump Dudes from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.

Updates. Dump Dudes reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
